    We recently had a flood at a triplex I own. A neighbor left a water hose on all night and it found its way down the hill and into my bottom unit, flooding the bedroom, part of the kitchen and living room. I was first given the name of another mediation company through my plumber. I had a terrible experience with them so I switched over to 911 Restoration within 48 hours. The first person I met was project manager Carlos Montes. Carlos was incredibly professional, explaining to me in detail what they need to do and my options. I never felt pressured like I did with the other company. They set up their fans and dehumidifiers. Taped the cords to the floor and placed them in areas where my tenant could still move around. I was also impressed (and so was my tenant) at how quiet they were compared to the old machines from the other company. Once the environmental company gave the all clear showing that we did not have asbestos, Carlos and his professional crew came in and put up plastic with a zipper, partitioning the area off where my tenants furniture was moved to and they made nice clean cuts in the walls where they were wet. They reset the fans and left them there for a few more days. A few days later, Carlos came back to check on the walls and confirmed that they were dry. They removed their machines and the construction company who works with 911 was able to come in and close up the walls so my tenant could have a clean apartment once again. As for payment, 911 Restoration is dealing directly with the other home owners insurance company who has taken full responsibility for the damage. Thank you again to Carlos, his crew and 911 Restoration for being so easy to work with and helping me to be at ease during a stressful time. If we ever have another accident, your company will be my first call.

    Thank you Dekel for an ALL-STAR SERVICE. Professional with a smile and most of all a man of your word. I am so happy my friend told me about 911 Restoration! You see everybody knows to work with a reliable and insured contractor, what I didn't know is how much of a difference it made, knowing how to work with filing an insurance claim properly. We own a fixer upper and last year we had our first huge water explosion in our guest bathroom that was leaking to our garage. It was our first home insurance claim and nobody was there to guide us. The guy that we hired did a good job fixing the problem,(we ended up needing to do a gut renovation because of a mold problem) but he wasn't well versed in doing the extra paper work needed to get our money from the insurance. We ended up paying $9,000 cash out of pocket. In February this year we had another pipe explode in our dinning room which was coming from our boiler in the attic. Thank G-od I consulted 911 before hiring the same contractor from last year. The same day I called 911 Restorations Dekel their representative was at our door sitting with us and assuring us that we're in good capable hands. He ordered to get the pipe fixed right away. They sealed the area and had an air filter and an air drier installed so we don't have mold problem later on. They checked for asbestos and send it right away to a lab. Dekel drafted a game plan of what needs to be done in order to restore our house to the way it was before. He was very thorough and explained to us in detail what will be done including a removal of our old popcorn ceiling which covered all of the ceilings in our house. Once the area was dry and ready for work Dekel was there with the professionals they took away the air filter and dryer machines and patch the hole and fixed and installed a new light fixture. They removed all of our popcorn ceilings and painted the walls and fixed our wooden stairs that got ruined due the the water damage. The workers were nice and quite and made sure to leave the house clean and tidy everyday at the end of their work day which helped a lot in that stressful time. Dekel was coming to check on us often and picked up the phone every time we had any question or concern. Because of Dekel and his team of excellence, we paid only a $1,000 deductible and the insurance company paid for the rest of it which was around $13,000 give or take. Such a huge difference from last year when I needed to dig deep into my pockets to pay for everything myself. Our house looks and feel like home now and we would recommend 911 and especially Dekel services to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation. Thank you for such a great service!
